3.2 Any recommendations for third-party services (restaurants, tour operators, etc.) are suggestions. The Provider is not responsible for the quality or safety of these third-party services.
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
4.1 The Guide and its contents (texts, images, design) may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Guide for your personal, non-commercial use during your stay.
